Oil filling tool is included in Kit. Suitable all VW, Audi, Skoda with 6 Speed Wet Dual Clutch 02E DSG gearbox with drain and fill 4,3 - 4,5L of oil required to perform DSG Service.

DSG transmissions use a "wet" clutch design that requires fluid changes to keep their performance up to par. This filter is crucial in keeping the fluid clean, allowing the clutches to engage properly.
Keeping your automatic transmission fluid clean is imperative to keeping your transmission shifting properly. If the filter gets clogged, the hydraulic pressure in your transmission can drop dangerously low. Replace yours to keep your transmission working properly.
DSG Transmissions are recommended to be serviced every 60Ks or earlier. However, under harsh driving conditions you should service it every 30,000 kms.

DSG oil filter requires 24 mm socket to undo.

Volkswagen DSG transmissions employ a wet dual clutch design which uses the transmission fluid to cool and lubricate the clutch surfaces. Due to this design it is absolutely imperative to service the transmission regularly which includes replacing the transmission filter along with the fluid.
